About this property

Welcome to No. Ten Manchester Street Hotel

No. Ten Manchester Street Hotel is a boutique establishment located in a prosperous residential area of London, close to chic boutiques, restaurants, and attractions like Madame Tussauds. The hotel offers stylish, individually designed rooms with air conditioning and some guests have appreciated quiet terrace rooms that provide outdoor seating. While rooms are generally clean and well maintained, some reviews mention compact layouts and a few accessibility limitations, including steps at the entrance.

The property features a cigar terrace and lounge, along with a well-regarded Italian restaurant, Dieci, praised for its quality food and attentive service. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, paid breakfast service, room service, laundry, a bar, and an airport shuttle; however, there is no on-site parking, fitness center, pool, or pet-friendly options. Guests have noted the friendly and accommodating staff, though some mention a customary discretionary service charge applied to bills.

Situated near major London landmarks such as The British Museum, Buckingham Palace, and Hyde Park, the hotel is an appealing choice for visitors interested in exploring the city's cultural highlights. Transport connections are convenient, with Baker Street station within walking distance, though travelers should be aware of the steps involved accessing the hotel lobby.

Reviews reflect a generally positive guest experience, particularly highlighting the location and staff service. Some comments suggest rooms could feel small or show signs of age compared to more recently renovated hotels in the area. Overall, the hotel suits guests seeking a central London base with boutique character and dining options, rather than those requiring extensive onsite facilities or full accessibility.

Great hotel. Very nice location. There is a great pub and restaurant at the end of the street. About a 8 minute walk to the Tube. The staff is very nice. About 8 - 10 steps to enter. Typical elevator. We were on 2ed floor. Steps were faster but elevator was great for luggage. The restaurant is very nice.

A great place for delicious cocktails and perfectly matched nibbles even if you are not a guest in the hotel. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. Ideal for a relaxed evening or a catch-up with friends.

Pleasant stay at the hotel on a business trip. Late check in was possible and check out was fast. Service was great and very friendly - there is a lot of staff at this hotel. But note they do default to applying a discretionary „service charge“ on your bill. I read about this in reviews so I knew ahead of time but I find this a bit cheeky. Room was good for the area, but note that in this area of London most hotels (if you’re not at the Hyatt…) have seen a few years since their last renovation. Breakfast is pleasant - you order from a menu, so be aware if you’re in a rush or maybe phone reception. The toiletries are a very nice touch! Better than I have at home.

Nice hotel in convenient location. We had a terrace room which was perfect for the heatwave - cool, shaded with an outdoor seating area that we used each day. Our room wasn't dated, as some have described - everything looked clean & well maintained. There was a bit of a weird cigar smell - not sure if we were under the extractor too the smoking room, but really couldn't fault the hotel otherwise. And the bed was super comfy!

Extremely friendly staff both on reception and in the bar/restaurant. The room was clean but very small (room 306 on the 1st floor, a petite double) with no table or desk at all so I couldn't do any work. Toilet was way too close to the wall and roll holder, even for a slimmer person). But the shower was spacious. The cocktails were well made and served with nuts and olives. Overall the food and drink was expensive, even for this area. The food was disappointing, especially bland gnocchi for dinner. Breakfast was ok. Finally, one word of warning about the 4% service charge they will try to apply to your entire bill - not mentioned on booking.com etc - and this is on top of the service charge applied to food and drink. I think this is pretty sneaky, so it should be clearly stated on their online booking profiles.

An amazing experience! I enjoyed an absolutely delicious evening with aperitifs at Dieci in No. Ten Manchester Street Hotel. The food was fantastic, I especially appreciated the treat of homemade nut and sea salt fudge, which was absolutely divine. I have been thinking about this fudge ever since! The team were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, and it’s clear they take great pride in the hotel and truly care, which makes such a difference as a guest. The atmosphere is super laid-back, and the location is amazing, a true hidden gem. Special shout-out to the team for their brilliant cocktail recommendations and genuine friendliness. Thank you to the whole team, I look forward to returning and would highly recommend, thank you!

We really enjoyed our first stay at No 10 Manchester Street Hotel and will be back. We have tried a number of hotels in London over the last few years and this one is spot on in value for money. The staff is excellent. There are some steep steps at the entrance, so something to consider if mobility challenged. We have stayed in posher rooms, but again, value for money—the hotel was spot on. Bus stops on Baker St easily accessible, closest Tube stops (Baker St & Bond St) each about 10 minute walk.
